Cognition Builders is seeking masters-level candidates well versed in behavior analytic approaches to join our nationwide and international teams.

We have part-time and full-time positions available for highly competitive compensation. We offer opportunities for travel and a wide variety of unique and exceptional opportunities.

Our team members consist of Family Architects, who facilitate the behavioral growth of our clients. We address a variety of challenges; most notably, behavioral, family systems-based, emotional, social, and academic.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in social sciences or education related field
  • Knowledge of and experience working with principles of learning and behavior
  • Basic knowledge of appropriate and abnormal development
  • The ability to work independently and employ critical thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • May need availability after school until late evenings, mornings, and weekends
